Responsibilities:
- Delivering social work services to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients.
- Participating actively in case discussions, care planning, and family conferences.
- Engaging in practice research, quality improvement projects, and initiatives to enhance clinical social work standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or a Graduate Diploma in Social Work
- Post-graduate qualification in Counselling or Family Therapy will be an advantage.
- Proficient in IT applications and documentation systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Passionate, committed, and adaptable to a fast-paced and innovative healthcare environment.
