The Role

As a Process Technician, your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily plant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Conducting routine field logging, sampling, and plant testing activities.
• Preparing process equipment for maintenance or mechanical work in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Executing loading, unloading, and raw material charging activities accurately and safely.
• Operating utility and process plant systems and responding to plant abnormalities promptly.
• Assisting with troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Monitoring and documenting equipment performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Supporting shutdown, start-up, and emergency operations when necessary.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety policies.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Prior exposure to process operations in a manufacturing/chemical industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with plant operations and equipment handling is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work on Jurong Island and adapt to a 12-hour shift schedule.
