Project Assistant (Finance Systems & Data Standardisation) | 5 Day Work Week

Salary: $2,580/month

Working Hours:

Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to support two concurrent projects focused on system documentation and data standardisation. The role involves guiding users on system functions, profiling risk data, and contributing to AI model training through financial data preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up a step-by-step guide on use of the VCC system, including the functions available and types of reports that can be generated.
• Assist in creating comprehensive risk assessment profiles of VCCs through systematic data collection and analysis.

• Extract and standardise financial statements into a structured format suitable for AI model training.
• Develop a comprehensive data dictionary mapping accounting terms to relevant accounting standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with documentation processes.
• Proficient in Excel or similar tools for data entry and analysis.
• Familiarity with financial statements and accounting terminology.
• Knowledge of or interest in the finance industry is a plus.
