TPC offers a robust 2-year Management Trainee Program designed to provide strategic management exposure across the Group's diverse businesses. Through this program, you will develop unique competencies and discover your evolutionary purpose. You will benefit from experiential training, hands-on projects, and personalized support from coaches and mentors throughout your journey.

- This Program Is Open To:
- Fresh graduates (Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D.) in disciplines such as Banking, Finance, Maritime, Philosophy, Politics, History, Economics, or related fields.
- Early career professionals with less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
