Requirements:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Process job order taking and data entry related to vehicle breakdown services
Accurately capture and submit job orders using GPS/CAD systems
Assign and monitor job status to ensure timely service delivery
Liaise with contractors when external services are required
Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary
Perform credit card transactions when required
Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Responsibilities:

Minimum ‘N’ Level qualification or above
1 year of customer service experience preferred
Good computer literacy and communication skills
Service-oriented, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Entry level candidates with positive attitude are welcome to apply as training will be provided
