Operations Excellence Manager (Lean Six Sigma) Supply Chain

Our client is a leading player in 3PL. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Operations Excellence Manager to support their growing legal and project teams. They are located in the (East) – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

Leverage the latest technologies to drive operational improvement initiatives
Develop manpower and asset planning strategies across multiple business units and accounts
Assess risks associated with various process change approaches
Conduct cost-benefit analysis of existing warehouse operations and processes
Design and implement enhancements to operational policies, standards, and procedures
Lead new project implementations and coordinate with stakeholders (Sales, HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, and Operations)
Develop and establish new supply chain operations for clients
Formulate and execute innovative logistics solution strategies
Drive technology adoption and automation to improve operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related module equivalent and above
At least 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain
Experience on new project planning
