Store Operations Management

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Store Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations and ensure operational excellence across store locations. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple stores while leading teams to achieve business targets.

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Monitor and drive sales performance, KPIs, and operational targets
• Ensure high standards of customer service and in-store experience
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and best practices
• Manage store staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
• Optimize inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to execute promotions and campaigns
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery processes

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail or store operations management
• Proven track record in managing store performance and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-store environment
