They are on the lookout for a talented and driven Creative Designer who’s passionate about turning ideas into visually compelling experiences. At the company, design plays a vital role in shaping how their brand speaks, feels, and connects. This role is ideal for someone with strong foundational skills who’s excited to learn, experiment, and contribute meaningfully to their growing creative team.
Key Responsibilities- Visual Content Creation: Design eye-catching visuals across digital platforms, social media, print materials, and in-store assets
- Brand Storytelling: Assist in developing design solutions that communicate company’s voice and identity
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with marketing and design teammates to execute campaigns, product promotions, and seasonal pushes
- Trend-Driven Social Content: Design responsive and culturally relevant visuals for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and more
- Merchandise Design: Contribute creative ideas for new merch items and support production design needs
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and occasionally assist in coordinating with external partners or vendors
- Project Ownership: Manage assigned tasks and timelines efficiently, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- 2–4 years of experience in a creative or design role, ideally in F&B, retail, e-commerce or consumer brands
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus points for knowledge of After Effects or motion tools
- Strong grasp of layout, color, typography, and branding fundamentals
- Awareness of current digital and cultural trends—especially what works visually on social media
- Willingness to take feedback, iterate fast, and learn from senior creatives and collaborators
