Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries promptly.

Handle full-cycle import/export logistics, ensuring all deliveries meet deadlines and standards.
Coordinate closely with global agents to facilitate international shipments and documentation.
Liaise with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and carriers to ensure operational flow.
Maintain accurate shipment records and verify documentation for compliance and invoicing.

Requirements:

Diploma and above
At least 2 years' experience in freight or logistics operations.
Familiarity with international shipping protocols and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and data management platforms.
