RecruitFirst is hiring! You will be outsourced/ deployed to:

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (4 days work from office)

• perform risk-based assurance reviews and internal control advisory activities for the company and other subsidiaries, leading to the provision of independent and objective assurance to Management and Audit Committees on the Company’s governance, risk management and control processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conduct audits on business processes and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and internal control processes.
• Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend practical and value-added solutions to business units.
• Prepare thorough workpapers on control issues and recommendations made.
• Assess financial, operational, external, and other relevant risks for business processes, products and systems being developed within the group of companies and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and provide progress report to Management and Audit Committee.
• Support the Audit Manager in the preparation of audit reports.

• A good university degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in internal or external audit is preferred.
• Exposure to risk management, IT audits, data analytics would be an added advantage.
• Digitally savvy with good proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Tableau.
• Professional qualification in at least one area such as CIA, CISA or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), organisation and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
