Safety Supervisor

The Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all interior fit-out works are carried out in compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and project safety requirements. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture among workers and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards
• Enforce proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site
• Monitor interior fit-out activities (e.g. carpentry, ceiling works, partitioning, M&E works) to ensure safe work practices
• Prepare and implement Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
• Conduct toolbox meetings / safety briefings regularly
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare reports
• Liaise with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site tidiness at all times
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with permit-to-work (PTW) systems where required
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation

• Relevant safety certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of safety experience in construction or interior fit-out projects
• Familiar with interior fit-out processes and site coordination
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety compliance on site
