We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to support the management and maintenance of our premier retail and office portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operations team in managing the service operations and maintenance of the mall and office building
- Plan, formulate, manage and oversee the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall and office buildings.
- Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services. This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly.
- Set benchmarks for monitoring performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to.
- Responsible for operations budget, administration, and management of service contracts.
- Responsible for the preparation and collation of relevant management reports.
- Ensure compliance of Safety & Building regulations and all other statutory requirements, including Fire Safety & CERT regulations.
- Review, improve and make recommendations on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review the facilities management programs and developments to ensure that the buildings perform at an optimum level.
- Maintain good relations with tenants and provide support for Asset Enhancement Projects.
- Collaborate with Group Operations to launch and implement ESG initiatives, etc, as needed.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in retail real estate, mall management, property investment, or related fields.
- Good communication skills in liaising with tenants and contractors
- Deep understanding of retail evolution, placemaking, customer experience, and asset value drivers.
- Must be hands-on committed, responsible
