Production Manager / Head of Production (Metal product) - Sengkang

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production line in both China & Singapore. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring frequent travel and extended stays in China (approx. 70% of the time). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the overall production line, ensuring efficient operations, and managing a team of line assistant production/line managers.

Job Scope:

• Station on-site in China to lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations
• Oversee the production line, ensuring output meets quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Manage and guide assistant managers, driving operational discipline and team performance
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet changing priorities
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements for Aviation sector.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Liaise with the Singapore HQ for alignment of production goals and reporting
• Work closely with head of QA to ensure compliance with aviation regulations.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor studies in Manufacturing/mechanical or any relevant studies
• 5-10 years of experience in managing production line, preferably possess strong fundamental in ISO compliance
• Willing to travel / stationed in China (70% of candidate’s time is required to station at China & 30% of time will be in Singapore)
