Job Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation with Project team & stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Management:

  • Lead or be part of project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and team members.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.

Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes.

Budget Management:

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Advocate additional funding when necessary.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
