Clinic Assistant (Chiropractic clinic)

We are a Chiropractic Clinic looking for friendly, mature and hard-working individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability (1 week-day & Sunday off).

****At least 1 year experience in working in healthcare clinics is a must.

• Fluent English is needed in order to communicate effectively with our patients.

Your duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty
• Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
• Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
• Following up with patients
• Assist the doctors in the day to day operation
• Basic clinic housekeeping
• Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills required:

• Good interpersonal skills
• At least GCE 'O' Level required
• Must be able to speak & write in fluent English
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Computer Literacy is required
• Sales skill is preferred
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
