About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll gain valuable exposure driving marketing campaigns, corporate events, and strategic partnerships. This maternity cover role offers the perfect opportunity to build strong business development experience in a unique heritage and lifestyle destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (promotions, social media, public relations, events).
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaign success.
• Liaise with public relations agencies, event planners, and creative vendors for seamless execution.
• Draft design briefs and coordinate with creative teams to maintain brand consistency.

• Develop proposals and event decks to promote venue spaces for corporate clients
• Manage client enquiries and tailor event packages to client needs.

• Develop content calendars and manage social platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
• Craft compelling copy, visuals, and posts to drive engagement.
• Track performance metrics to optimise content strategies.

• Min. Degree holders with 0–3 years of experience.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Creative mindset with keen eye for branding and content.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
