Job summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers, distributors, and partners on orders, payments, or documentation
• Track and manage sales leads, samples, and quotations
• Prepare and maintain sales documents, product lists, and pricing sheets
• Coordinate logistics and timelines with operations or delivery teams
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and follow-ups from clients
• Update and maintain CRM, sales trackers, and performance reports
• Support with trade promotions, customer service, and post-sales coordination

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication—both written and verbal
• Self-motivated and reliable in following through on tasks
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic sales/admin tools
• Prior experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service preferred

• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, or retail sales
• Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems
• Skills in basic design (Canva, PowerPoint) for presentations or product decks
