Intern (Learning Beyond the Classroom) (Aug 2026 Start)
Dulwich College (Singapore) is seeking a motivated and organised Intern to support the Learning Beyond the Classroom (LBtC) Department. This role offers hands-on experience across academic, enrichment, and co-curricular activities, including outdoor education and educational visits.
Internship Period: From August 2026, for a minimum of 6 monthsInternship Type: Full-time, Mon-Fri (5 days per week)
Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents only
Internship Commitment- Suitable for students undertaking a graded or credit-bearing internship as part of their academic programme.
- Applicants not undertaking a graded internship are welcome, provided they can commit full-time for the entire duration.
- Entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Good administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable.
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Full-time commitment for the internship period if not graded/credit-bearing.
- Provide administrative support for Outdoor Education and school visits, including:
- Travel arrangements, student consent, risk assessments, staff packs, post-activity reviews
- Liaise with external providers, staff, students, and parents, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Support budgeting, liaise with Procurement and Finance, and assist with collection of payments if required.
- Assist teachers with resources, logistics, and best-practice guidance.
- Support management of feedback or complaints in accordance with College procedures.
- Build strong relationships across the College and contribute positively to its day-to-day life.
- Undertake all other duties commensurate with the post.
Training will be provided.
