Our client is looking for candidates for the position of BIM Coordinator (Structural)

• To manage and coordinate production of Quality BIM Models and construction documents with minimal supervision
• Manage and deliver fully coordinated federated models in agreed formats
• Assists BIM Manager in the implementation of BIM
• Assist BIM Manager to update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure BIM Models are modelled with correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM base quantification and 4D simulation
• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements
• Coordinate with Consultants, SWCs & sub-contractors
• Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as-built
• Review design and fabrication models and drawings
• Perform clash checks
• Perform QC before release and exchange of BIM Models

• Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering / Architectural / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Building services Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a BIM Modeller / Coordinator
• Formally trained in BIM or equivalent modelling training certification
• Proficient in BIM/ Revit (Architectural/ Structural and Reinforcement/ MEP modelling and Navisworks
• BIM Coordination experience using Autodesk / Bentley software
