Basic Operational Functions include:
- Register and issue visitors/ contractor passes
- Perform regular perimeter checks and patrols to ensure that there are no fire, vandalism or suspicious activity or person/s on the property.
- Following up with incident reports of various natures regarding the establishments’ interest.
- Responding to fire alarm activations and be familiar with fire safety procedures of evacuation of property if need arises.
- Maintain records of occurrences, complete necessary paperwork duty performs during working shift.
- Ensure that enforcement of the company’s safety and security policies/regulations to visitors, tenants and staffs are performed in an impartial manner.
- Update & report any suspicious movements, discrepancies, deviation of procedure or standard practice.
- Valid Security Officer License issued by PLRD.
- Proven 1-2 years of experience as a security officer
- Works in Construction environment.
- Able to speak and write English
- 3.5 days' work week
- 12hrs-shift (Day/Night)
