About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Contract Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across warehouse operations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor and manage quarantine stock to ensure timely blocking and prevent unauthorized shipment release
• Coordinate follow-up actions for quarantine, damaged, and returned stock
• Provide guidance to operations teams based on damage catalogue standards
• Oversee inventory storage movements to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requests
• Review and track 8D reports and CAPA actions to ensure proper implementation and closure
• Maintain and update monthly reports on 8D and Internal Material Complaint (IMC) cases
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on blocked and quarantine stock to customers
• Ensure compliance with internal work instructions, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce error rates
• Support onboarding and training of operations staff on quality procedures and standards

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or quality assurance (3PL/warehouse environment preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA) and data tools such as Power BI
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma is an advantage)
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
• Familiarity with quality standards, audits, and SOP compliance (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking
• Good understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, and transportation flows
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:

• $3000 - $4500 (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri
• 8am - 5.45pm
