Job Responsibilities:

Barista:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items to café standards
• Provide warm, engaging, and professional customer service
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and POS systems confidently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of café and work areas
• Support with restocking, opening/closing, and café upkeep

Senior Barista (in addition to above):

• Mentor junior baristas and uphold consistency in beverage preparation
• Assist Café Manager in managing daily café operations and staff scheduling
• Handle customer feedback and uphold service excellence
• Oversee inventory usage and support procurement planning
• Lead by example in delivering brand-aligned customer experiences

Job Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of barista experience
• Passionate about coffee, service, and café culture
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and on monthly rotating shifts
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset
