The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a well-established multinational company specialising in specialty oils and industrial fluid solutions. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Executive (Incoterm, 1 Year Contract) to join their business!

You will work in a team managing the full order cycle, from processing purchase orders to ensuring timely export. Serve as the main point of contact for Southeast Asia customer inquiries, providing shipping documentation support and updates.

  • Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (non-renewable)
  • Location: Central Region
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,500 + 1-Month Completion Bonus
  • Candidates available immediately or on short notice is highly advantageous

The Job:

  • Process and manage regional export and import orders through SAP, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Coordinate end-to-end order management activities, including order acknowledgement, shipment arrangement, invoicing, delivery monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation such as Commercial Invoices (CI), Certificates of Origin (COO), Bills of Lading (BL), and other export-related documents.
  • Liaise closely with customers across Asia, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment execution and timely deliveries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing shipment updates and resolving operational issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate order records and documentation to support audit compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with sales, supply chain, and operations teams to drive service excellence and continuous process improvements.

The Talent:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in export customer service, order management, trade operations, or logistics coordination.
  • Hands-on experience handling full sets of export shipping documentation, including CI, COO, BL, and related trade documents.
  • Proficient in SAP for order processing and customer order management.
  • Good understanding of import/export processes, international trade documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Experience supporting regional customers and coordinating international shipments will be highly advantageous.
