What you'll be doing- Assisting the sales team in generating leads and following up on new business opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks as required
- Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve sales processes and procedures
- A keen interest in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
- Relevant sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
