Operations Executive
About the role
As the Workshop Operations Executive at Beng Hock Mechanical Engineering Pte. Ltd', you will play a vital role in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the company's manufacturing workshop. This full-time position is based in the Kranji North Region and will see you managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of productivity, quality and safety.
What you'll be doing- Receiving of vehicles, equipment and assign to relevant department
- Recording of vehicles, equipment and productivity rate of the service provided on our IOT platform
- Receiving, inspecting and accurately recording the storage of incoming goods and materials
- Scheduling of monthly servicing & maintenance for customer's vehicles & equipment
- Maintaining inventory records and stock levels, and identifying any discrepancies
- Assisting with the coordination of warehouse activities, including space planning and layout optimization
- Providing support to the operations team in executing daily tasks and adhering to standard operating procedures
- Ensuring the workshop environment is clean, safe and well-organized at all times
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Any other tasks assigned by Management
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar operations, warehousing or logistics role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be able to work under stress in a fast-moving environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of workshop management systems and technology
- A positive attitude and a commitment of delivering excellent customer service
