Logistics Coordinator / Warehouse Admin - 5 Days | Multiple Locations - Bukit Merah

Responsibilities:

• Process sales documentation for local/export deliveries and coordinate delivery schedules with head office.
• Generate and maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and update records to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and related documents for outbound shipments.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
• Work closely with warehouse team to support efficient goods movement.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams on delivery and stock matters.
• Uphold workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Carry out other logistics support duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possess forklift license is an advantage. (Not compulsory)
• 1~2 years in relevant experience will added advantages.
• Possess computer knowledge, familiar with WMS is an advantage
