Preschool Cook / Kitchen Assistant (Mon–Fri | Islandwide)
Job Description
We are looking for a Preschool Cook / Kitchen Assistant to support daily meal preparation in a preschool setting. You will help ensure meals are prepared safely, hygienically, and on time for children.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals
- Serve meals to classrooms according to schedule
- Wash, clean, and sanitise kitchen utensils and equipment
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Receive, check, and store food supplies properly
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Job Requirements
- Experience in cooking or kitchen support roles is an advantage
- Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (training can be provided)
- Able to follow instructions and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and enjoys working in a school environment
- Work Arrangement
- Locations: Islandwide
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- On-the-job training provided
