Responsibilities:

  • Mainly in charge of sourcing material, ordering, and delivery item to workplace
  • Follow up ordering and delivery status
  • Record all purchased materials and ensure everything is tally with purchase record
  • Coordinator with supervisor or project in charge person for item request purpose.
  • Provide admin duties and clerical supports to project team·Update manpower movement constantly·

Working time:5 working days (9am - 6pm)

Working location: Kranji

Requirement:

  • At least 1 year experience is added advantage
  • Able to start work immediately/ short notice is preferred
