HR Admin - 12 Months Contract - up to SGD3.5k - Geylang
We’re seeking a proactive HR Admin to support HR operations through system improvements and data analysis. This 12-month contract offers potential for extension or permanence.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Develop RNF reports, dashboards, and analyses in Excel
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Provide ad hoc HR support
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
- At Least 1 year relevant experience
- Must be proficient in MS Excel
- Experience with HR systems and analytics is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
