Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base in Singapore. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a proven track record in sales, relationship management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet revenue and growth targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and projects
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports
- Attend networking events and industry meetings to represent the company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in finance, consulting, or professional services is an advantage
