Our client is a European bank with a strong presence globally. They have an approved headcount for an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in their Corporate Banking team.

about the job

Support RM in managing large corporate clients, establishing and maintaining good relationships and execution of deals
Support in business development and identifying new business opportunities, and cross-selling opportunities
Prepare credit proposals, credit ratings and conduct financial analysis
Prepare presentation decks, materials and documents for client visits etc
Handles post-loan and transaction matters, data and monitoring of client portfolios
Liaise with clients for transactions and queries
Handles AML/ CDD/KYC, documentation, client onboarding and ensuring compliance to bank policy and regulatory requirements etc

about the manager/team

Working closely with the Senior RMs, you’ll be part of a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture.

skills and experience required

Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Banking & Finance and Economics
At least 3 years of experience in front office or as an ARM in wholesale or corporate banking
Well-versed in banking products bilateral loans, syndication, working capital loans and trade facilities such as banker’s guarantee, letter of credit, trust receipts etc
Strong knowledge in credit analysis
