Job Title: Customer Service Officer – DCC (Live Chat)

Job Responsibilities:
- Process letters and email correspondences to customers upon request.
- Attend to incoming General Hotline calls.
- Manage customer enquiries via live chat.
- Handle inquiries related to payment arrangements and reconnections.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Capability to work independently while contributing as a cohesive team member.
