Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. You will manage the arrangement of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods, maintain warehouse organization and stock records, support production accuracy, assist in delivery inspections, and participate in stock counts with discrepancy reporting.

• Coordinate the receipt and arrangement of incoming raw materials to maintain smooth warehouse operations
• Organize and prepare outgoing finished goods for shipment, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
• Maintain 5S standards in the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Update and manage all stock cards to reflect accurate inventory levels
• Verify kitting accuracy to support production quality and minimize errors
• Assist in the delivery process by inspecting finished goods and related shipment documents before dispatch
• Participate in stock counts and report any discrepancies promptly to maintain inventory accuracy
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor to support warehouse operations
• Support overtime work when required to meet operational demands

Job Requirements:

• Ability to handle physical loads between 10kgs and 20kgs to safely manage warehouse materials
• Basic computer skills to update stock records and support warehouse documentation
• Experience working in a warehouse or production environment will be of advantage
• Comfortable with working in a non-air-conditioned environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
