Fund Operations Senior Manager/AVP (Buyside)

A leading investment platform is hiring a senior operations professional to support its growing private and alternative assets business. This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with investment teams on end-to-end transactions, fund oversight, governance, and operational strategy.

This opportunity is open to candidates from buy- or sell-side. Candidates who come from sell-side/fund administration firms with heavy multi-asset class exposure and experience in alternatives (Private Equity preferred) are encouraged to apply!

What you’ll do:

• Support private asset deals from execution through transition / termination across Private Equity, Real Estate and Privare Credit
• Oversee fund operations, NAVs, valuations, cash management, and reporting
• Manage external providers (fund admins, banks, middle office, corporate secretaries)
• Drive governance, regulatory, tax, audit, and compliance processes
• Improve controls, automation, and operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in private markets / alternatives / fund operations
• Strong understanding of fund structures, accounting, and performance reporting
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and investment teams
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and solutions-driven
