Senior Psychologist/Psychologist - Centre for Adults (Yio Chu Kang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently select, administer, interpret, and report on psychological assessments; integrate multidisciplinary inputs; provide evidence-informed recommendations and risk assessments; and guide junior staff in assessment processes (Senior role).
• Develop and implement individual and group intervention plans using data-driven and evidence-based approaches; monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments, recognise early signs of distress, initiate safety planning when required, respond to incidents in line with protocols, and participate in post-crisis reviews.
• Actively participate in supervision, uphold ethical and safe clinical practice, integrate feedback for professional growth, and contribute to peer consultation and knowledge sharing (provide supervision in Senior role).
• Conduct training needs analysis, design and deliver structured training programmes, adapt to diverse audiences, and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Manage caseloads responsibly, participate in clinical audits and service evaluations, implement risk mitigation strategies, ensure workplace safety compliance, and contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution (Doctoral qualification is an advantage for Senior Psychologist roles).
• Registered or Licensed Psychologist in good standing with the relevant regulatory authority.
• Demonstrated competence in psychological assessment, structured evidence-based interventions (individual and group), consultation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Candidate with Special Needs experience will be advantageous.
• Psychologist: Relevant clinical experience in assessment and intervention.
• Senior Psychologist: Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience, including supervision and leadership responsibilities.
