Job Description:
- Handle 360 Cycle Recruitment
- Develop business and bring in new clients for the company.
- Understand well the requirements of the clients for the job position and match suitable candidates to fulfill the client’s needs
- Perform interviews and selection process to recommend potential candidates’ profiles to prospective companies.
- Assist to arrange and coordinate interviews
- Align with the company’s growth plan and meet monthly sales targets
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Any Field
- Dynamic, self-motivated individual with a positive work attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents on a daily basis
- A team player who can work independently
