Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Desktop Support services to users - Receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations
- Perform imaging/re-imaging, asset inventories, technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups
- Updating of Incident Records
- Creates and updates work instructions
- Document standards and procedures
- Min. 1 Year Exp in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
- Proficient in English
- Good coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work with sense of urgency
- Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience (providing remote support via telephone/using remote tool) will be added advantages
- Knowledge in support of workstations and related components
- Effectively communicates with teammates and managers
