Location: Various Project LocationsWorking hours: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours
Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation for both internal and third parties.
- Outline budgets based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Track project and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Manage and adjust to changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage relationship with the clients and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computing or Computer Science or IT related field.
- Min. 3-4 years’ experience as a skilled Project Manager handling million-dollar value IT infrastructure related projects.
- Bonus if supported high-security government projects that require G50 security clearance prior.
- Project Management related Certifications (I.e. PMP – Project Management Professional Certificate or CITPM) will be a plus
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify risks and solve problems which may arise throughout the project.
- Mathematical and budgeting skills.
- A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
