Job Description
This role is ideal for someone with a strong passion for visual storytelling, design, and liongdigital content creation especially short video clips for social media.
You will support branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives through creative design and video content that drives engagement and enhances customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and produce marketing collateral such as posters, menus, in-store displays, packaging, digital banners, and social media graphics
- Create and edit short-form videos (10–60 seconds) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and in-store screens
- Support seasonal campaigns, new menu launches, and brand refreshes
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, R&D, operations, and outlet teams
- Ensure brand consistency across all design and video assets
- Coordinate with printers and external vendors when needed
- Assist in product photography or video shoots during campaign execution
- Maintain organized design templates, digital assets, and file archives
- Stay updated on digital and design trends in the F&B industry
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in design or marketing, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or retail sectors
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both static designs and video editing work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Familiar with social media formats and mobile-first content trends
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other mobile editing tools
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills
- Photography or filming experience is a plus
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus for localized marketing content
