Job Scope:

• Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming goods in designated areas
• Pick, pack, and label items accurately for delivery and dispatch
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure availability
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods for inbound and outbound shipments
• Conduct regular stock-taking and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Committed to following safety procedures and standard operating protocols (SOPs)
• Physically capable of performing heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
• Possession of a valid forklift license is an added advantage
