Senior Finance Officer/ Finance Executive

We are currently on a lookout for passionate individuals to join us as a Senior Finance Officer / Finance Executive.

Job Description:

• Perform Account Receivables duties such as billings, debtors' reconciliation, monthly reporting, customer data management and arrears management
• Handle general administrative duties
• Perform counter duties on rotation basis (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.) and perform day-end closing
• Answer telephone enquiries by residents
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Have a positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
• Meticulous, organized and responsible with high degree of initiative
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work immediately (preferred)
