Assistant Finance Manager (1 Year Contract) - Punggol
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assist with corporate secretarial matters.
- Compute corporate income tax and deferred tax for the Group and its related entities.
- Prepare SGX announcements, compliance checklists, annual reports, and circulars.
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, as well as tax consultants.
- Handle financial consolidation for management reporting, including reviewing financial statements of overseas subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Financial Controller and Chief Finance Officer.
