Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:Overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting production schedules.
• Resource Management:Managing manpower, materials, and equipment to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
• Quality Control:Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards.
• Process Improvement:Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance.
• Safety Compliance:Ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to all relevant safety regulations.
• Team Leadership:Leading and motivating production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Project Management:Managing projects related to new product introductions, process upgrades, and facility improvements.
• Budget Management:Developing and managing the manufacturing budget, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
