• Monitoring work progress, quality, and safety standards to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
• Liaising with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or challenges that arise
• Providing on-site training and guidance to workers to maintain high levels of productivity and workmanship
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to create a safe working environment
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the project
• Reporting on project status, highlighting any potential risks or delays
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a focus on aluminium facade installation
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead by example
