An established global luxury brand is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the reopening of a flagship boutique (scheduled for Q3 2026) in a prime retail location.

Responsibilities

Client Development & Market Presence
  • Build and grow a strong, loyal client base through personalised engagement strategies
  • Act as a brand ambassador within the local luxury retail landscape
  • Stay attuned to market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
Sales & Business Performance
  • Drive store sales, productivity, and profitability against defined targets
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and implement action plans
  • Optimise manpower planning, staffing levels, and cost efficiency
  • Manage store P&L elements including expenses, stock, and margins
Retail Operations Excellence
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with operational, security, and safety standards
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Handle reporting, administrative duties, and performance tracking
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver strong sales results and service excellence
  • Drive recruitment, training, and ongoing development of retail staff
  • Foster a positive and high-performance team culture
  • Ensure clear communication across store and management levels
Stock & Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate stock control and minimise inventory loss
  • Ensure proper handling of stock movements and stockroom organisation
Requirement
  • 3–5 years of experience in a store leadership role within a luxury retail environment
  • Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Confident in communicating in English (role involves collaboration with regional stakeholders)
