SUMMARY:

As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business across various industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the company's market share across targeted industries.
  • Promote brand awareness, identify prospective clients, and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Assist in developing sales KPIs and metrics for selected markets.
  • Monitor and track key sales performance indicators and metrics.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments across targeted industries.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the metals and/or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin. Any other language will be advantageous.
