Material Planner - Hybrid Available

Salary: Up to $4700

Option 2: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00am – 3:00pm (Hybrid Work Arrangement – 2 Days WFH per Week)

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts on planning, delivery, and supply-related matters
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status
• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for delivery or planning issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and overall supply chain performance
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of SAP and/or MRP systems will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with RBA compliance standards is preferred
