Salary & Benefits:

Salary range: $7,000 - $10,000, commensurate with experience.
Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-related pay.

Office Location & Working Hours:

Location: Tai Seng.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively.
Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements.
Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations.
Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status.
Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively.
Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover.

Job Requirements:

1-3 years working experience as a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
