Process Engineer (Utilities)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer (Utilities) to design, manage, and optimize power equipment systems, including chilled water, compressed air, and steam systems. The role involves system calculation, layout design, equipment selection, and technical coordination across disciplines.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of power equipment systems, including chilled water systems, compressed air systems, and steam systems;
2. Responsible for calculating the requirements of the aforementioned power systems, designing system layouts, piping systems, and selecting equipment;
3. Participate in compiling data sheets for various power system equipment and valves, and conduct technical bid evaluations;
4. Possess thorough knowledge of conventional power equipment brands, their characteristics and performance;
5. Coordinate interdisciplinary requirements and review process compliance in design documents returned by other disciplines;
6. Monitor industry developments, assist in company marketing activities and technical presentations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in HVAC, Energy, Thermal Engineering, or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in power or heating/cooling source system design and engineering management;
3. Proficient in CAD and other design software; comprehensive knowledge of cleanroom design standards and specifications;
4. Outgoing personality, good health, integrity, with strong time management and self-discipline;
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong sense of responsibility, fluent English preferred.
