Financial Reporting & Accounting

Oversee the full set of accounts, including GL, AP, AR and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
Prepare statutory financial statements in accordance with SFRS
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Perform group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
Support financial reporting across multiple entities within the group

Budgeting & Financial Analysis

Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises
Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis
Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions

Business Partnering

Work with business teams to understand the financial implications of business decisions
Provide financial insights and analysis to support business growth and profitability
Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations and marketing

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and corporate service providers
Prepare audit schedules and support statutory filings
Prepare and review GST returns, tax filings and related compliance requirements

Cash Flow & Process Improvement

Monitor cash flow and working capital
Manage banking transactions and payments
Review and improve finance processes and internal controls

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
6 – 10 years of relevant finance / accounting experience
Experience handling full set of accounts and financial reporting
Experience with financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting / ERP systems
Good analytical and communication skills
Big 4 audit experience
